Vex is a rehost of ERM (Emergency Response Management) by mikeywhiston, licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. Proper attribution is given to the original creator as required by the license.

By using Vex, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the bot.

Vex is a private, invite-only bot for ER:LC community servers. Access requires authorization from the Vex team. We may revoke access at any time without notice.

Request access through vex.cat or contact @joyclens on Discord.

You must:

• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Follow Roblox's Terms of Service when using ER:LC features
• Use Vex legally and responsibly

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute Vex
• Abuse, exploit, or spam the bot
• Use Vex to harass or harm others
• Violate any laws or regulations

Vex provides 84+ commands including punishment management, staff tracking, ER:LC integration, and more. Features may be modified or removed at any time.

You're responsible for all actions taken through Vex commands.

Vex collects data necessary for functionality (see Privacy Policy). Use /consent to manage privacy settings.

Server owners must inform members about data collection and comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR.

Vex is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.

We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of Vex, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
